5. Take Care of Your Mental Health
This is the most important thing on the list. If you are not mentally in good shape, you will never get anywhere in life. Your demons will drag you down.
Take 10 minutes per day and start meditating. Take slow and deep breaths. Do yoga if you must to release stress and calm your mind. Now that much of the stigma around having a therapist is fading away, don’t mind seeing a therapist for your mental and emotional wellbeing.
6. Find a Mentor
Most people in their 20s are obsessed with getting success the right way. But life is not that easy. Having hunger to succeed is great but this can make force you to make short-sighted decisions.

Two is better than one – this may sound like a cliché but it’s true. Now is the right time to start building strong relationships. You can’t be successful on your own. You need to be surrounded by the right people who will help you in opportunities or might as well introduce you to a mentor.
