- Add a little butter in a pan
- Saute the onion (i.e. fry the onion quickly in the little hot butter)
- Add the chopped spinach
- Leave for 30 seconds.

- Salt and whisk the eggs
- Pour the spinach into the egg bowl.
- Grease the pan with butter and add the spinach and egg mixture.
