Infrared Heating Pad For Lower Back Pain

One of my lower back pain alternatives is Best Infrared Heating Pad, especially a Jade Infrared Heating Pad.

If you have lower back pain, you have inflammation.  This heating pad will help reduce that inflammation which in turn will allow your body to start the healing process. The more your inflammation decreases, the harder your body can work at soothing, repairing & strengthening your body from the inside out.

If you’re in a hurry, make sure you check all four companies below.  Quite often one of them is having a really good sale on them.  I bought mine from the Healthy Back Institute, as they had a 30-day free trial, 90-day money-back guarantee & a two-year warranty on their product.

Is Jade Stone In A Far Infrared Heating Pad Better?

Jade is the most powerful and effective far infrared emitter found on earth. It penetrates through your skin into your muscle tissue and ligaments. It causes the blood vessels in your capillaries to dilate and improves your blood circulation. This, in turn, promotes healing to your muscles and soft tissue injuries.

Warning

If you’ve pulled a muscle, wait at least 24 hours before you use your infrared heating pad.  Some people can use heat right away but I’m definitely not one of those people.  Most doctors will tell you to applymy first Infrared Heating Pad about 3 years ago.  I’ll give you a quick review on what I like & don’t like.

Pros Of a Far Infrared Heating Pad

I have had numerous back problems & a real problem with Chronic Inflammation in my back.  Because of my far heating pad, I no longer take an anti-inflammatory drug. Therefore, I no longer have to put up with side effects from pharmaceuticals.

Infrared has done wonders for my back.  Whenever I lift something wrong or do something that puts my back out, this is the first thing I reach for (after 24 hours as it’s better to wait 24 hours if you’ve pulled a muscle).

For me, it works best if I use it about 3 times a day for a half-hour each time.  You’ll have to experiment for yourself.  Everyone is different.  Some people lay on their Far infrared pad while watching TV.  There’s no danger in how long you use it. Make sure you let it heat up for about 10 minutes first.

Cons Of an Infrared Heating Pad

  1. My first con is the expense.  They’re well worth it but they’re overly expensive.  If this is too much for you, check Ebay.  Scroll down the page because there can be quite a difference in prices.  Just make sure you check to see what the seller’s rating is before you purchase.  I’ve received the best deals off Ebay.
  2. It takes 15 minutes to heat up to the setting you put it on.  Don’t just turn it on & lay down in case you fall asleep.  I’ve used mine overnight but I had let it warm up for 15 minutes first.
  3. It is a bit stiff.  It’s great for your back but if you want it for your ankle or shoulder, it’s a bit awkward to wrap it around.
