- It takes 15 minutes to heat up to the setting you put it on. Don’t just turn it on & lay down in case you fall asleep. I’ve used mine overnight but I had let it warm up for 15 minutes first.
- It is a bit stiff. It’s great for your back but if you want it for your ankle or shoulder, it’s a bit awkward to wrap it around.
